Exploratory Discussion
Before we decide to work together, we want to ensure that we are a 'fit'. In order to this, we will firstly have an 'exploratory discussion'. One of our key principles is that we will only work with organisations who are truly ready to change. Our approach is to provide a level of challenge and have the tough conversations upfront to assess change readiness. It will also allow our future clients the opportunity to meet and understand our approach and whether this is right for them.
Project Initation
Once we are both agreed that we are aligned and wish to proceed, the next stage will be a Project Initiation meeting. We will firstly seek to understand the driving force behind the change (internal and/or external factors). This will be done via a diagnostic tool. Based on these results, we will then conduct a stakeholder analysis to further understand the impact and readiness for change of the organisation.
Project Plan & Design
We will collaborate with you to develop a realistic and detailed roadmap that includes timelines and milestones. This roadmap can incorporate training, coaching, mentoring, upskilling, and restructuring as needed. It is crucial for us to engage all stakeholders in this process.
Project Execution
Based on the step 3 following options can be executed.
Pilot Programme Launch with a select group to test the new strategy. Collect feedback, analyse results, and make necessary adjustments before wider implementation.
Phased Approach: Gradually introduce changes, ensuring each phase is thoroughly adopted and integrated before proceeding to the next.
Full Implementation: Once confident in the strategy's effectiveness, execute a comprehensive roll-out.
Example on support for Employees and Line Managers (could be used for both as well):
For Employees: Clearly communicate the changes and their impact. Provide essential training and resources to ensure smooth adoption.
For Managers: Equip managers with the necessary tools and knowledge to lead the change effectively. Address their concerns and involve them in the decision-making process.
We are committed to ensuring the best experience for our clients and will ensure that there will be regular opportunities for check-ins and adjustments and this will be included in the Step 3 Roadmap.
Sustain the Change
Conduct Regular Diagnostics: Continuously monitor and evaluate the new behaviours, ensure they are taking root. This could involve feedback surveys, performance metrics, or regular check-ins with team members.
Leadership Engagement: Ensure leaders are not only supporting the new behaviours but also actively modelling them. Their commitment can significantly influence the rest of the organisation.
Training and Development: Offer ongoing training sessions to help employees adapt to the new changes. This will reinforce the behaviours and provide opportunities for continuous learning.
Integrate into Culture: Embed the new behaviours into your company's core values and daily operations. Make them a natural part of how your business operates.
Celebrate Success: Highlight and celebrate milestones and successes. This boosts morale and reinforces the positive impact of the changes.
