2 Days Practical Training - Leading People Through Change with Impact

Change is no longer an event it’s a continuous reality. Leaders today must go beyond managing processes: they must mobilize people, navigate resistance, and lead with purpose through uncertainty. This intensive 2-day training combines Change Management fundamentals with the Adaptive Leadership approach, giving participants both tools and mindset to drive change effectively.

This training is hands-on, experiential, and designed for real leadership challenges. Participants will work on real cases from / they can face in their workplaces while building confidence and competence to lead change with clarity and resilience.

Day 1 – Adaptive Leadership Foundations

Focus: Leading people in complexity

  1. What is adaptive leadership and why traditional leadership fails in change
  2. Diagnosing challenges: technical vs. adaptive problems
  3. Understanding human reactions to change (resistance, emotions, group dynamics)
  4. Building resilience as a leader and managing pressure
  5. Communication strategies to create trust and engagement
  6. Simulation: Leading a team through uncertainty and conflicting priorities

 

Day 2 – Change Management in Practice

Focus: Turning change into action

  • Change process clarity: from awareness to reinforcement
  • Stakeholder mapping and influence strategies
  • Communication planning for change initiatives
  • Turning resistance into dialogue
  • Motivating and sustaining change
  • Group Work: Build and present a change strategy using adaptive leadership principles
